I have applied for my spouse under family sponsorship category in February 1, 2022 online. I haven't received AOR so far. I hired a agent for this application, but I am not getting satisfactory answer. I tried to contact IRCC by web form and over phone, But, i couldn't get through to agent. It is very disturbing to know that people who applied after me got AOR. I will appreciate if anybody could give information what to do next. I am so confused right now.

So far, I think "online" applications are taking longer for AOR. But some did get AOR by now. If you alreayd contacted IRCC on phone and via webform, then you need to wait for their reply. May be yours is sent back as incompleted? Ask your lawyer to check.
