I live in India and My Canadian Spouse wants to sponsor me to Canada permanently. I was there on Tourist visa 3 month ago and returned back to India after my marriage with her.

Unfortunately, at the time of My marriage in Canada I was already married in India.

Will I face refusal of my Canadian Spouse Sponsorship application in Canada?

Yes you can’t be married twice so don’t qualify to get married again in Canada. You need to get divorced first.

As said above, Canada will not recognize your second marriage.

You must first divorce your spouse. Once that divorce is finalized, you will need to be married again so that your current marriage will be recognized by Canada.
