I am new to this forum and l need some advice. I was recently asked by VOA to submit additional document : BOC - Basis of claim form which I filled when I came to Canada as a refugee.
I just discovered that in the form l entered my marital status as common law because I had a girlfriend with my 2 kids not knowing the meaning of common law and also it is not used as marital status in my country and I lost contact with this person before I got married in 2016 but in my sponsorship application l answered no to Previous relationship. What should I do.? Can l make correction now and send in my BOC? Please l need advice.
