My fiancee is canadian and she is living in Canada right now. We want to
get married in toronto, but we don't know which visa I should apply for.

i would like to know which options we have. She is also pregnent, i'd like to know
if this fact helps or not.

hi,
please do not post the same question multiple times. it is important to give people a chance to answer. this is a free site and people post at all hours of the day, when it's most convenient for them. posting the same question multiple times in a short amount of time will not result in more responses. it will actually result in fewer.

there is no special visa for getting married in canada. if you want come to canada to get married, you will need to apply for a visitor's visa like anyone else from your country wanting to visit canada.

Wot this poster said!

Once you are married, then you can apply for spousal sponsorship, either inland or outland. There are pro's and con's to either route, good introductory reading on that here:

Your nationality will determine which visa office it is sent to, which in turn generally determines the timescales from submission until permanent residence approval. For example, if it is Ottawa, then maybe 3 / 4 months overall, if it is London then maybe 10 / 12 months overall.
