Hi everyone,
I sent the package in June 2018. I checked my soft files again and found out there was a mistake.

My wife's dependant child's name is in fact NGUYEN VAN LONG but I typed NGUYEN VAN SONG into the form.

Is there anyway I can fix the mistake? I am so in worry and now have not received the AOR yet!!! What a headache!

I would say wait until you get an AOR, once you do then you should call and let them know of the mistake and ask as to how to amend it. Because if they catch it - some of the people working on the applications are very picky - or for any other reason it gets returned you can change it and send it back.
Again this is what I would do, but there are other more experienced people here who might know of other ways.
