Spousal sponsorship- Outland India

Hi Everyone,
I am on PR in Canada from July 2019 and recently got a job now. My wife and Daughter are back in India and they were non accompanying with my PR application. Now I want to apply for PR for them. I need quick suggestions from the experienced people here on following points.
1. Can I apply immediately for spousal PR?
2. How long it takes for the PR approval?
3. Any conditions which I need to fulfill before applying?

3. You will have to show you can support your family without government help. You must remain in Canada during the process although a short absence of 2-3 weeks seems to be tolerated.

1. What is the best option to apply? Inland or Outland?
2. Do you need to show your financial documents for application? If yes what kind of documents?
3. If I apply inland with my wife and daughter on Visitor visa here in Canada, My wife can get work permit (within 3 -4 months) but will my daughter get admission in school?

1. There is no "best option". It depends on your own situation.

2. Yes, you need to show that you can support your family without welfare.

3. Do they already have TRVs? If they don't, chances of being approved are very low. If they do, yes, your daughter can go to school.

Proof of your current job, payslips, savings, investments etc.
