Hello everyone,
I badly need your help.. Can someone help me to calm down..lol im quite worried because my husband (Canadian) and I are living together and on the process to apply for spousal visa (outland) ,Now our agent told us that we need to make a letter, do we need to state in the letter that my husband was bankrupt last 2018?? he got a CERTIFICAT DE LIBÉRATION already. We will submit this certificate together in our application so is it necessary we will state in the letter about his bankruptcy?? do u think we will have a problem in our application?? thank you sooo much for all your answers,! God Bless you all!

If he has been discharged you have nothing to worry about. Just state it and include the documents to show that he's no longer in bankruptcy... Nothing to stress about

thanks a lot for your reply...its very appreciated.. and I forgot to mention, the time he was bankrupt he was receiving money from the government, it will not an issue anymore right?

As long as he has been discharged from bankruptcy, is no longer on welfare and can show a solid plan of how you will support yourselves in Canada without going back on welfare, it's not an issue.
