Spousal Sponsorship Inland (Spouse in Canada Class)
I am the Principal Applicant.
Hi everyone, I need some clarification with filling out forms.

1. IMM 0008, IMM 5532: I had a UCI before when I was a student, but I am now out of status. Should I still put my old UCI on these forms?

2. In the IMM 5406 Additional Family Information, do I include my mother, siblings, stepson (11yo, my sponsor's son) even though they're already Canadian citizens? I feel like I don't have to
because according to the portal:
"Before you get started
You (the principal applicant) must fill out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Enter all names in English and in your native language (for example, Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese, Korean or Japanese script or Chinese commercial/telegraphic code). If a section does not apply, write “Not Applicable.""

3. In connection to question #2 (above), the form IMM 5532 Relationship Information And Sponsorship Evaluation Form, page 3 of 8, Part B - Information about the principal applicant, 2. Do you have any relatives living in Canada? If yes, give their full names and relation to you. Do I put my mom, siblings, stepson here instead, if I don't have to put them in IMM 5406?

4. IMM 5562: Do my sponsor and I need to fill this out? In my case, my spouse is my sponsor, who is already a Canadian citizen. I am currently living in Canada.

5. IMM 5669 Section D Personal history: My permit expired on 2023/12. Do I need to be honest that I was doing cash jobs from 2024/01 to 2025/01, or I'll just put "unemployed"?

6. Do scanned documents need to be certified true copies (by a notary), or are regular scans of originals enough?

Thanks so much for any advice!
