spousal sponsorship Inland May 2020

We mailed my wife's app. on May 4th 2020. I understand it takes about 2 months before they acknowledge having received the package.
Anyone out there with similar mailing time?

As far as I can tell, no March (inland or outland) applicants have received an AOR yet. Covid has slowed thing down considerably. I'm a March inland applicant and don't expect to get an AOR for a couple more months.

My reasoning is there will be fewer apps. because of the travel restrictions. Also it may be difficult for people to get the required documentation as most
government offices are closed. We were unable to find someone to do the passport type photos but explained this as due to the covid situation.

It's going to take a lot longer now to receive an AOR, February applicants are still waiting.
