My wife is going to sponsor me so I can immigrate to Canada.

We are going to apply Outland, while I stay here in Canada on a visitor visa.

The main issue is that her annual income is less than the minimum required income amount.

What should I do? Will they reject the application?

The CIC website says that she needs to be earning atleast $30,286

But her annual income is less than that.

If you have feedback I am all ears.

Thanks

There is no minimum income requirement to sponsor a spouse.

Thanks so much for your reply

There is a link on the cic website which says there is....its the link below

cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5482Eguide.asp#tb-3

Thats why I am concerned

On the page you linked to, it says:
'If you are sponsoring a person other than:

your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner who has no family members, or
your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner who has dependent children who have no dependent children of their own, or
your child who has no children of his or her own, ...'
This means that if you are sponsoring your spouse, you do not need to meet the income requirements. You also do not need to fill out that form.
