Spousal Sponsorship from Philippines

Hi!
Can anyone help me how to start the application to sponsor my husband who is in the Philippines?.
I still dont know if I can sponsor my husband since I am just new in my current job and my status is still under probation.
I am alos sorried since my last last Income tax return is so low that the immigration might question my NOA.
What do you think,should I start or just wait?
As mu h as possible we want to do it on our own instead of hiring someone to save money.

There is no requirement for a job, a certain level of income, or anything financial other than to submit an NOA or prove that you have a plan to support your family's expenses. This changes if there are certain kinds of dependents (other family members) but you don't need anything special in terms of job or income to sponsor your spouse.

Im just worried that they might question and refused my application. And because on what is going on right now I am a bit hesitant to apply.
I want to start applying for eligiblity to sponsor, any advice or suggestions?. Thank you
