Hi, i'm new to the forum. We recently got wedded, my husband is PR resident of Canada. We are applying for Spousal Sponsorship PR visa for me under the family class. i have few doubts regarding the documents which we need to submit.. For country specific documents, its mentioned that - if birth is registered late, we need to include the birth certificate original and additional identity documents like School records - fifth class, eighth class and Matriculation..
I donot have my school records for fifth and eighth, however, i have my 10th, and 12th marks cards.. should i submit the original of these marks card or just the notarised copies are fine.. i read few posts that - for country specific documents original copies are required, but in country like India, we need to get Multiple copies of marks card fro 10th and 12th.. However, i havve included my University Transcripts original copies, is this sufficient or any other school record is required.? Seniors kindly help me with your experience...
