hello everyone, I'm now studying in Canada and my partner is outside Canada. If I sponsor her here, can she apply for the PNP program with an OWP?
 
Unless you are a PR or a citizen, you cannot sponsor her. You can invite her to Canada, but she will need to qualify for a visa on her own and then be invited to apply for a PNP program based on skills and points.

how about If I get married, so I can sponsor my spouse right? I mean my spouse can apply for OWP after I get married with her
 
She can apply for a work permit based on being married to you, but it's a 50/50 chance of being approved.
