hi so I have been sponsoring my husband and we are near the end of the process. I have to do my taxes soon as it is near tax season. My question is if all the fees I paid to the government can be some how included when I do my taxes?

as far as i know its NO.
You are not contributing to the govt. by filing immigration applications.

I am not an expert here, but a logical reasoning makes me say "NO".

Let me know if you find some writing that help you answer.

Sponsorship fees are not tax deductible.

sponsorship fees are not included in your tax forms, you get no credit or deduction of taxable income from them.
