Spousal sponsorship 20 photos - Question

We are told to write on the back of each photo "your name & birth date." Does this apply to write the sponsors or the applicants name and birth date? Or maybe i'm over thinking it. Better be safe then sorry though; cheers

For each photo, I put the Sponsor's full name and date of birth as well as the Applicant's full name and date of birth. Other people depicted in any of the pictures were also listed (just name, and whether family member, friend, acquaintance, etc)

We also inserted each photo (or sometimes 2 smaller photos) in MS Word on a regular sized page and were able to have enough room to type the necessary information and a small explanation of what the photo was about.

I like the idea of using MS word. Was afraid of the amount of room i'd need to fill out why we put each photo / what we were doing. I'll also try to fit both our names and birth dates on each photo to be safe!
