Hi,
I am a Canadian Citizen and have sponsored for my husbands immigration. Things are not working out between the two of us. Many things are wrong but there is no need to discuss those here. All I want to know is " Can I cancel the process now?" .And how do I do so?
Please reply so I can proceed with the steps before it is too late.

Frustrated

Just state the relationship has broken down, and there will be no questions. The choice to sponsor is entirely up to you so you should have no problems to withdrawal.

You may withdraw your sponsorship application at any point in the process before the relative(s) you are sponsoring are issued permanent resident visas. You may be eligible for a refund of the sponsorship fee and/or the permanent resident application fees if processing of your application has not yet begun. See below on how to contact CIC to withdraw your application.
