Hello, I am filling out a PR application for my wife. We both live together in China and have been married for roughly 4 months. I had a few questions and hoping you guys can give me a hand.

1. Do we need to notarize & translate everything we send, or does it only need to be for official documents? e.g. hukou, marriage certificate etc. I am wondering what we do about utility bills, hotel receipts etc. that are in Chinese. Can we translate them ourselves without notary?

2. How do I show proof that we will both be moving back after the PR is approved. I am an educator and my contract is finished in July 2020. It is way too early to get a new job back home after that date and also too early to get any offers from school. I am planning to go back to find work, while she attends university (both are contingent on receiving the PR and getting offers etc). Worst case scenario, we can just go back and figure something else out. I am not sure if I can have any legitimate proof of this?

3. Proving the fact that we live together is proving to be a bit of a challenge. All the bills are under the landlords name. Most of my things are mailed to my office (it's easier to receive). There arn't really any "official" things mailed to our home. The only things we have are random deliveries of food or certain things we buy online. What can we do about this situation?

4. I read somewhere that I dont need to show proof of finance for a spousal sponsorship, however, it says on the check-list that it is a requirement. Do I need to provide this still?

Thank you very much in advance for any help or advice. I apologize if my questions are redundant, I tried looking through threads and wasn't able to find anything specific to my situation.

Bump.

Also one more question:

5. We didn't have any formal event like wedding or anything cuz we normally travel a lot and were not interested in a wedding and having to fly entire families abroad etc. Will this have a negative impact on our application?

Sorry for the questions that have already been asked a million times. Hope it's not too annoying
