Spousal PR

I am on PR since 2009 in canada.

I got married in 2013, I had applied for my wife somewhere in july 2013 and her passport is demanded by indian embassy since september 2013 but she did not get visa yet. I am worried her medical gonna expire soon. Anybody know how long it will take get visa????

Any similar case??? Need a urgent response.
