I created a new Express Entry profile for my spouse. I entered her details, provided the language details, work experience, and all other relevant details. CRS calculated her score as 459. IELTS score of 9889 and a Master's degree from WES evaluation was also entered in the profile. She is on a closed work permit and has less than 1-year experience in Canada. She has more than 9 years of professional experience outside Canada. She came to Canada on closed WP from the same company in the US.
However, when I submitted the express entry profile, it says 0 points and the profile is ineligible.
Any pointers on why the EE profile computes the score as 0?
In the application, we had marked will spouse accompany with you to Canada as No and spouse has Canada PR/Citizen.
I have gone over the profile a few times and could not find any issues with the form that I had submitted.
Any advice is much appreciated.
