Dear friends,
CIC recently returned my application for spouse permanent residency. I live in Canada and my spouse lives in my home country. We applied the application on March 7, 2017 and it was returned today saying that we have not submitted a recent notice of assessment. But with my application I had sent a recent notice of assessment which I downloaded from My Account in CRA. I am not sure if CIC is not accepting notice of assessments that are printed from My account.
I have requested CRA for my notice of assessment and when I receive it I will reapply once again.
I have a few questions, please help me.
1. When I reapply do I have to get signatures on the forms once again as signatures in my application are two months old? Can I just add the notice of assessment to my old application and resubmit?
2. I paid my PR application fee in full (1040CAD) when I applied on March 7,2017. When I reapply in end of April, do I have to pay this fees once again or no need to pay any more fees?
Thank you
