Hello all,
My husband (American) and I (Canadian living in Quebec) are applying for outland spousal PR. Am I correct in that I simply fill it out and send it to Canada as normal (with the exception of forms that specifically say not to do for Quebec residents) and then I will be notified by the Quebec government when it is time to proceed with them? That's what the forms/websites seem to state but it's all still a little unclear to me. I'm about to send off my application today or tomorrow and I want to make sure there is nothing special I had to do with the Quebec government. Is there a list of steps somewhere that I'm missing?
