Spousal Open Work Permit

Hello,

Please I need some insight on the SOWP application. I will just list out my questions so that it is easy for anyone to respond to them. Thanks!

1. Do I need to use an agency/law firm to apply for the SOWP for my husband?
2. Does he need to be employed in the country he is residing in at the moment/does he need to be large in the bank to be eligible?
3. Anyone that has applied for this, how long did it take you to get through the process?
4. And, can you please let me know some of the additional documents that you used to apply?

Please this is urgent as I would like to get the process started as soon as possible! Thanks everyone!
