Context:
I am currently on a 3 year PGWP (just got it few months ago) and my partner is with me and working in Canada on an Open Work Permit. Her work permit was approved when I was still on a study permit, so it's going to expire in November 2021.
Question:
I know that I need to secure an NOC A/B/0 job to be eligible to apply for her work permit extension. My question is that are there any specific requirements for the job/employer to meet the eligibility criteria? Like does the employer need to have minimum number of employees/revenue etc. and does the job offer have to be a permanent one?
I will appreciate any help and guidance with this!
