Can anyone please tell me the process of withdrawing spousal PR application? would I be able to apply again if I decide to withdraw the ongoing application, and what would be the effect/consequence of doing so?
You need to fax a letter indicating your desire to withdraw to CPC Mississauga and the embassy where the application is being processed. You will still be able to apply to sponsor at a later date as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
