Spousal Application with serious criminality

Hello Everyone,

I am so worried at this moment, if anyone can help me.

I live in BC on TRP permit now, as i was charged which is considered serious criminality in Canada under section 264(1) in columbia in 2003. I found someone here . Can she sponsor me or my sponsorship application will be rejected?

Before a sponsorship application can be approved, you'll need to qualify for, apply and obtain rehabilitation.

If it's serious criminality, recommend you consult with a very good immigration lawyer.

EDIT: Just to be clear. You said you were charged in 2003. What happened to that charge? Were you convicted? Was the charge dismissed?
