Spousal application - where to send it?

I have completed our application for spousal sponsorship only. I as a canadian am sponsoring my American wife to become canadian PR. I am living in Canada, she is in USA. we applied using the outland application. Entire package sent to Mississauga CPC. I hope this is the correct location. I am confused due to seeing all this talk about Ottawa and other visa offices. Should this stuff have been sent there instead??

Send to Mississauga first. After they approve sponsor, they will forward the entire package on to Ottawa.
