My husband will be sponsoring me. I have lost my status and it’s been more than 90 days so it can’t be restored. We want to go to my home country for him to meet my family and we’re thinking to start the application there (Outland) as we think is better for me to leave and do it outside of Canada than being here longer with no status for the duration of the process.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and can give us any advice on this? Thanks in advance!
