My wife is reaching canada today as a student. I am planning to try for the student partner open work permit. Do i have to wait until she gets a part time job or should i start the application process now in order to get the visa earlier. Also please suggest if we can do it ourself through this website or is it bettet to do with expsrienced agencies. Thanks.
