Spoual Visa issuing time period

I have appiled in april.. submitted all the requirements in may. Now waiting for the visa.
I have appiled for spousal visa my husband is born canadian. My consultant said they ususally take 3-4 months but time is exceeding now

You can expect it will take up to 12 months. A 3-4 month processing time is extremely rare.
