could you please advice on the following matter.
My friend got a visa stamped on his passport due to the competition event taking place in Canada. He got injured on the training session & couldn't leave his country for Canada. In his visa is mentioned (in annotation) that he got that visa due to his coming participation on the competition event. But he never used it.
Could you please tell me whether it is possible for him to enter Canada now using that visa stamped in his passport?
