I m from India and i have my visitor visa and my wife has her study permit the issue by which i am going through is that in my visa form agent has mention that i am married and common law partner is my wife name and my form is properly submited and i got my visitor visa but in my wife form agent has mentioned as unmarried and that is an miss representation now i am stuck bec i want to get spouse visa i have my all documents of legal marriage of my home country how can i clarify that i am married to immigration kindly help me with my issue is that the right way of writting an letter of explanation to immigration and submit all my legal documents.can i hope for the good after doing this?
