I have sponsor my husband and we are waiting for his PR. The problem now is that we have separate and I would like to cancel his application for the PR which is still in process.
My problem is that I have a loan of $30.000 that he used and is under my name. if I cancel his application he will get deported and I will be stuck with the loan and I dont' want that to happen. any help will be appreciate.

Think LONG and HARD before you cancel your sponsorship. There are people who have done that and then reconciled and were up $hi7 creek because they canceled their sponsorship.

IMO canceling the process should only be done after the divorce has been filed and you are at the final phase of being split.

Sorry I dont have any advice on actually canceling things.

I don't think we will get back together. (we have been separate for 5 months and there is not a chance that we will get back)
My only concern is that I don't want to get stuck with a loan that is not even my.

You can cancel your sponsorship at any time right up to the day they give him his PR. Make any and all attempts to get your money back first if you wish. If you wont be getting any of it back from him then I would say you may as well cancel it anyways. But think long and hard about it.

Being that the loan is a joint loan there is nothing you can do, once your name is on the loan there is no way to take your name off unless your lender will allow him to take over the loan by himself. This however is very unlikely given his temporary status in Canada and the fact that the bank will want to be able to collect the balance for both of you.

Also remember that if the sponsorship proceeds and he is granted PR then you are financially responsible for him for I believe 3 years so he in theory could end up costing you even more money is he is not working and recieves welfare from the government.

Make the best decision that you can and to wether this relationship will work out or not. For the loan it depends on what it is for, but if it is for like a car or vehicle then I would sell it. If it is a cash loan then you do not have many options.

I wish you the best in this difficult process.
