Hi guys! I was just hoping someone could help me with my questions regarding the process of child custody case in the Philippines based on their own experience. I am currently filing a child custody for my 8-year old illegitimate child who is bearing his dad's last name, I'm raising my child on my own and he has been with me since birth. And his father never contact or visit him for 7 yrs. Here are my questions.
How long will the court decide on this case in the Philippines and how many hearing would take place.
