Good day every one

My husband is currently paying maintenance for a child or a previous relationship.
And also has to go on OW cause he don’t have a job at this time ..
The situation with his maintenance should be resolved in September..
By then he will also come off OW
The period of time he went on OW to September..
Will that affect him from putting in my sponsorship application

He needs to be off of OW before he submits your sponsorship application. He cannot sponsor you while on OW.

So if he needs to be on OW until September, then he needs to wait until at least October before he submits the application to sponsor you.
