What does she want to sponsor you as? Are you going to Canada as a visitor?

Well anyone can sponsor you but the chances of you getting a visa are very bleak. Normally sponsorship works in case of immediate family members i.e parents, siblings, spouse, children. So you may try your luck but overall your case will be week if you applied
