GOOD DAY! I WANNA ASK QUESTION ABOUT SPONSORING TO MY SECOND HUSBAND,IM A LIVE IN CAREGIVER HERE IN CANADA AND NEXT YEAR I WILL SUBMIT MY APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT,CAN I INCLUDE MY SECOND HUSBAND TO MY APPLICATION? I MARRIED BEFORE IN THE PHILS. AND I GOT MY DIVORCED HERE AND I REMARRIED AGAIN IN FILIPINO CITIZEN IN HONGKONG THAT MY DIVORCE ACCEPTED IN HONGKONG.I JUST WANNA CLARIFY IF MY SECOND HUSBAND WILL INCLUDE TO MY APPLICATION I HAVE ALSO 2KIDS TO MY FIRST HUSBAND BUT MY 2KIDS WILL TAKING CARE OF MY SECOND HUSBAND IN THE PHILS.

Not just here. Capitals are considered to be rude on any internet forum. They're difficult to read and it feels like someone is yelling at you.

good day once again! i will ask again about my question,i have second husband we got married in hongkong but i have my first married in phils. my second husband is filipino citizen also,,,can i include my second husband in my application? im a live in caregiver here in canada and i will send my application,,,i want to know if i will include my second husband,,,thank you very much!

So are you still married to your first husband? Or have you sponsored your first husband? If you have sponsored him, when did you sponsor him? If you are still married to him, in order to sponsor your second husband, you need to first divorce your first husband (I'm not sure how that works in the phils.)

hi,thanks for the reply,i forgot to tell here i divorce my first husband here in canada after the divorce remarry my second hubby in hongkong,,,i didnt sponsor my first hubby before...

Then yes, you can sponsor him. I'm not sure if you're a PR or a citizen, if you are PR you must be living in Canada throughout the entire process. And you will need your divorce certificate to send with your application

oh really thank you so much im holding a temporary working permit here in canada and next year feb.i will file my application for Permanent resident here including my family thats why im just wanna know if i will include my second hubby..
