Hi Team,

I am a Permanent resident(Citizenship applied). I am single currently(but planning to get married).
My parents have passed away. I have a brother(orphaned) - married, age 37.
I don't have any relatives here other than an Aunt(my mother's sister) who is a permanent resident here.
Can I sponsor my brother?

I would really appreciate some expert advice here.

Thanks

Short answer is unfortunately no.

You cannot sponsor your brother since you have a family member (aunt) already in Canada.

He needs to qualify for PR on his own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry or PNP.
