Generally speaking, it's harder to get a study permit approved in this situation. It's better if you either have the funds yourself or the sponsor is your parents. You can certainly try applying but your chances of approval will be lower.

Hi, I'm a Nigerian and my cousin is residential in the USA and runs a sole business. He wants to sponsor my postgraduate certificate in Canada, he has paid for my first-semester tuition fees, however, he doesn't have his business registration documents. He wants to use his Nigerian account with 35 million Naira as my proof of funds, I also have 1 million naira in my account. He isn't transferring any amount to me because he likes to be in control of his money. Can I apply with his bank statement and other proof of his business like pictures of his business, a screenshot of his conversation with his clients, and pictures of the cheques he receives?
Kindly advise me on what to do
