Hi everyone,
I have a few quesrions about the forms.
IMM 0008DEP
Do I fiil in this form if I am only sponsoring my common law partner and our child is Canadian and is not being sponsored? There are no other children, his or mine.
A- 0546- GF
Page 1- They ask about the date I got my permanent residency and trn the date I became a Canadian citizen.
I know the latter.
Is the date of the PR the day I landed in Canada? (That date I do remember)
How do I find out this info?
Page 2- They ask about my common law's info (name etc...)
He is the person being sponsored. Do I fill this in? (Question 3 is about the sponsored person)
Page 4- "Info about the sponsored person's family members"
Do we put my info down? They also ask "will this person be moving to Québec with you?" ( I obviously am, that's why I have doubts about answering this one)
Page 4- Question 4.2 Dependent children.
We have one child together and he is Canadian. Do I fill in this section or is it only for dependent children who are not Canadian?
IMM 5532
Page 5, question 7 do your close friends and relatives know about your relationship?
YES
Give details: there are 5 lines to fill with names of close friends and relatives.
A lot more people know the two of us. Should we add an extra sheet with a longer list?
The last column asks about the "date this person met either the sponsor or the sponsored person" Is it the date my mother met my partner for example? The day I met his dad? Etc...
Or it the date I have met my own friends etc...?
IMM 1344
On my passport, I do not use my middle name.
Should I mention my middle name in the details section where it asks "Have you ever used anpther name?
A- 0520- BF
Page 2- Quesrion 3.2
Dependent children
Again; do we write down our Canadian child' s info or is this only for non-Canadian children?
One general question:
Should we write N/A in every single space that does not apply? Is it ok to leave blanks when the system makes you skip certain answers that do not apply?
Whatever extra sheets we attach; should thay just go loose?
Thank you so much!
