Hey guys,
I have a question. There's a woman who migrated to Canada with her family. She has a daughter from another man from a previous relationship before she met her current husband. The husband didn't want her to declare the daughter as part of the family because of fear that her biological father will try to use her to get to Canada. It's been 14 years, the woman misses her daughter. The daughter is now in her early 30s. She wants to bring her daughter to Canada but is unable to because she's not declared as family. Is there a way for her to get her daughter to Canada? She fears that because she didn't declare her as her daughter, she might get deported if she took action. What should she do?
