Sponsorship for Parent

Hi,

Am getting ready to gather all necessary documents for the 2017 parents sponsorship. Can i include my brothers age 39 and 35 in the application as well. I also want to process a permanent residency for them.

Or do i have to apply for them separately under the Provincial Nominee Program.

No - you cannot include your brothers. They will have to qualify and apply independently.
