hi guys! Please help.. I am 28yrs old and my mom is in Quebec together with my brother and her husband.. how can she petition me o sponsor me going to canada without requirements needed such as , land titles , bank accounts etc .... thank you for ur response.

You are over the age of dependent (age 21 and under), so your mom is ineligible to sponsor you. This has nothing to do with bank accounts, land, etc.

You need to see if you qualify independently for any of the current economic immigration programs.
