So currently I am sponsoring my husband from cuba. He has a clean criminal record where I do not. And I am currently in the courts on a charge. Now none of my criminal history is violent towards a human. And I make good money and stable work and home. Will this effect me becoming a sponsor??

Yes, if you're certain that your charges aren't listed you should be ok.
However, are you a citizen or a PR? If you're a PR, your criminal charges may have made you inadmissible yourself (and therefore unable to sponsor).
If you're a citizen, that doesn't apply .
