Please somebody should help. just do not know what to do. i am a permanent resident and started process of sponsoring my spouse and kid. as a quebec resident i got the authorisation from mississauga to sponsor them and latter the Quebec government issued them the selection certificate. i later traveled to Europe to help her and fortunately we had our second child and we immediately notified the embassy which processing their visa. the process was stopped immediately and i was asked to apply for my second kid. i am just confused since i am not in canada. i don't know if i am to fill a new sponsorshisp application to send it to mississauga?
