Sponsorship by Canadian Church to Canada from India

My Pastor in Canada wanted to sponsor me and my family in Canada from India....Please let me know how they can sponsor and what is the process for the sponsorship by the Canadian charches.

Are you recognized as a refugee with UNHRC or foreign state? If so, Your pastor needs to read through the eligibility requirements for refugees. If you aren’t a refugee, you need to look at economic immigration on your own.

As said above, you need to be living outside of your home country and be recognized as refugees by UNHCR. Do you meet this criteria?
