What was the reason for the refusal?
What do you mean by "but we continu with the permanent resident application"?
What was the very last communication from IRCC?

You could order your GCMS notes to see what happened to the application. Details how to do it are in this forum if you search for them.

It sounds like you may have been refused as a sponsor. Is that right? Or was there a different problem?

Yes my sponsorship was rejected because i was still married but she has chosen the option to proceed her application for permanent resident. after my divorce process finalize we then married early this year and still not received any update information from the immigration

Thanks , the reason for refusal was because i was still officially married
continu with permanent resident mean , during the sponsorship application you have a option that if your sponsorships is refuse, you have a option you can still proceed with permanent resident application under your name and not the sponsor.
we married early this year and send the married certificate to the immigration , till now we did not received any update from them , any idea what to do next ?

If you applied as common-law, then still being married to your ex would not have been an issue, provided you showed that your marriage had ended.

If you chose to proceed without an eligible sponsor, you are now not in the standard processing time. Nobody can guess how much time it will take. You really should apply for the GCMS notes to understand what is happening. It is almost never a good idea to use the "continue" option. Your case is a good example. If you had reapplied, with corrected information, you would probably be finished by now.

Probably, because you were refused as an eligible sponsor, your new wife will have to apply for her GCMS notes separately from yours. You need both sets. She is probably no longer being sponsored as a member of the Family Class but is an H&C application.
