Sponsorship Application - Family Class (Spouse) Outside Canada Islamabad

Hi,

I am applying for Sponsorship for my wife, I am a naturalized Canadian citizen living in Canada for 14 years and my wife lives in Pakistan. Can someone assist me with the following questions:
- Do I (Sponsor) need to fill out Schedule A Background and Declaration Form
- Do I (Sponsor) need to fill out Additional Family Information Form
- Do I (Sponsor) need to submit my Birth Certificate
- Are there Bio-metric requirements for Sponsorship, If so at what stage of the application does that happen

Go to Cic.gc.ca you will get all the information about forms and read the guide . In the forms there is complete information about documents and each and everything you and your wife ha to submit .
