Can any one tell me is it necessary to submit sponsor's property valuation certificate OR should i write his property value by guess and submit his property papers ?

You need to provide Property valuation from a CA firm or register property dealer. You can not guess the price as you are not authorize to provide such rates.

Recommendation letter from whom and for which purpose? Admission?

I asked my university professor to issue me a recommendation letter for admission at Ualberta as well as for visa purpose . They have agreed but they want me to write it on my own . But I don't know its format . Thats why i am asking for ur help .

For university of Alberta, They have their own specific format, your professor has to score you on that and then write a paraghraph or two of their observation on you. This is really unacceptable if they ask you to write one for yourself. As a matter of fact, a student can not see his recommendation letter and it must be sent sealed to the desired university for admission.

You can find sample recommendation letter on google. search it.

P.S. No recommendation letter is required for visa unless your grades sucks big time.

just a small piece of advice. Don't rely on verbal agreement of professors that they'll provide you with the letter of recommendation. You can only relax when the letters are sent to the university. I had contacted a lot of professors and almost all of them agreed. But at the time of writing the letter and emailing it directly to the university, i could manage only 2 even after a huge number of redundant followups. Worse things happen (as happened in my case) when you are working in another country (not in the country of your university)

oh man, what sort of university was that? where professor agreed and then showed their back. This is highly unprofessional attitude.

Yes, you can. Bank Statement should be wealthy. Attach Account maintenance certificate issue by manager.

If your academic credentials and home ties are strong then you can submit a statement that is a little less than 4 months.

It is a certificate given by the manager of your bank stating that you maintain an account with them having this much amount. When you ask the bank they know exactly what you require.
