I have just received my PR 2 months ago and i will be getting married in May of this year.
Can i issue a tourist visa for my wife and then sponsor her?
What is the best solution so that she can accompany me after the marriage.

No, you cannot issue a tourist visa. She can only apply for one from the government. You can certainly try to sponsor her.

She can apply for a TRV but unless she can show significant ties to her home country, chances are low.

If she can't get a TRV, you will need to sponsor her outland. As a PR, you need to be in Canada throughout the sponsorship process.

So if you want to live with her as a marriage couple and accompany with her to come to Canada as immigrant, the best course of action is to postpone your marriage until you became Canadian citizen.
