Sponsoring wife while living abroad: which form IMM 1283 or IMM 5481 ?

We are almost finished filling in the forms but have realised that we don't know whether we need IMM 1283 or IMM 6481. I am sponsoring my wife (I am Canadian) and we both live in London, UK. Many thanks, h

As stated in the guide, IMM1283 is required "only if you are sponsoring a dependent child who has their own dependent child", i.e. a grandchild of your spouse.
